Y13 TTA Camp
27 SepTTA Year 13 Camp
Each year we take the final year TTA students away on a 'team building' camp in the first term to help instill a good team ethos .
for one night at Thriftwood scout camp, the students have to build fires and cook all their own food, make rafts and paddle them across the lake in teams, go orienteering, scale a 10 m climbing wall in the dark, then, after a night in the woods they pull on their wet clothes and go kayaking .
All the time they have to keep their fires lit, tidy their camp, collect firewood and work as a team.
