Wellbeing in Examinations

During examination seasons and assessment windows, it can be a stressful time for young people.

The BRIT examinations team recommend students utilising the BRIT School Tutor and BRIT School Pastoral services while at School, for any pastoral concerns. Please inform the exams team of any special considerations that occur during an exam season as soon as possible via email to dataandexams@brit.croydon.sch.uk

We especially recommend for those with anxiety regarding examinations, to maintain a balanced workload leading up to examinations. There are some useful links below to charities and advice providing tools on how to cope with stress and balance your revision and learning with breaks and selfcare.
