What are the three most important qualities needed to succeed in music business and why?

Student Experience

The music department benefits from outstanding facilities including professionally equipped rehearsal rooms, recording studios, Mac suites and more. We run software including Pro Tools, Logic Pro and Ableton alongside equipment from Marshall, Fender, Nord and many other industry standard brands.

Music students are offered multiple performance opportunities which include the School’s onsite theatre as well as a variety of external venues. Our close relationship with The BRIT Trust and the support of the School's governors often results in students being invited to perform at a range of prestigious events and venues each year.

What Qualities Do I Need?

We are looking for imaginative and talented musicians who have an interest in the study of music as a wider subject (not just performance/production) and have the initiative to create opportunities for themselves and their peers. It is vital that students are already actively involved in music both in and out of school. We are a wide-ranging department and there is no preference given to particular genres or instruments.
