Community Arts Practice win the 2018 Principal’s Award

Community Arts Practice students were honoured with the 2018 Principal’s Award by Stuart Worden for their work in Year 12 which has been a force for good. Students have worked  with people suffering  with Alzheimer’s at local organisation Hevers Farm, led a Library Project to encourage reading, have performed and made Shakespeare accessible and performed in Hyde Park festival with inclusive theatre company Chickenshed.

Closer to home, Community Arts Practice students have taken direct action to make our area better by painting the bridge/walkways in  Selhurst.

Thanks to Emma and Lucy and all the students who have shown a commitment to  sharing art with others.
