Acceptable file types:

Please only submit video files in MP4 format and audio files in MP3 format. Written Task should be in Word (.doc/.docx) or PDF format.

File Size

You may receive an error if the combined file size (the sum of all the required files) is greater than 1.5GB

Naming the files:

Please rename your file(s) before uploading.

Please use the following naming convention: Firstname_Lastname_Portfolio_Strand__Year

For example, Megan Stokes applying for FMP Year 12:

• Megan Stokes FMP Portfolio Y12
• Megan Stokes FMP Written Task Y12

Submission Deadline

All files must be received by Wednesday 11th February 2026 @ 11:59 pm. Any submissions made after this date will not be considered.
