Invigilators Role

Invigilators Roles and Responsibilities

Being an invigilator is a very important role in the examinations team. Invigilators are required in a 1:30 ratio for invigilator to student numbers, in the exam room, for all National exam series for GCSE and GCE (AS and A Level) and all level 2 certificate exams.

The invigilators' role is to maintain exam conditions in accordance with the (JCQ)Joint Council of Qualifications regulations. Please see the invigilators check list below to gain insight into the requirements of the invigilator role.

The BRIT School delivers a Summer and November exam series and a number of Mocks throughout the academic year. We require a bank of invigilators to ensure exam conditions throughout our national and mock exam seasons.

We are currently looking for new invigilators to join our team for the academic year 2024-2025. Please review the vacancies page on our school website for more details.
