Invigilators Roles and Responsibilities
Being an invigilator is a very important role in the examinations team. Invigilators are required in a 1:30 ratio for invigilator to student numbers, in the exam room, for all National exam series for GCSE and GCE (AS and A Level) and all level 2 certificate exams.
The invigilators' role is to maintain exam conditions in accordance with the (JCQ)Joint Council of Qualifications regulations. Please see the invigilators check list below to gain insight into the requirements of the invigilation role.
The BRIT School deliver a Summer and November exam series and a number of Mocks throughout academic year. We require a bank of invigilators to ensure exam conditions throughout our national and mock exam seasons.
