About Ruby

Ruby studied at the Junior Royal College of Music and then the Royal Northern College of Music. She has a diverse teaching background, working with young children to adults in both group and individual lessons; she has also worked on several outreach projects in Manchester, Liverpool and Jersey.

Ruby is an accomplished performer with a wide range of experience including playing with the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, Capital Orchestra and Brixton Chamber Orchestra. As well as classical playing she has also recorded for popular artists such as Flux Pavilion, supported Snarky Puppy’s Bill Laurance and played with The Voice’s Anna Mcluckie at Sidmouth Folk Festival. Ruby has also played in productions of award-winning shows including Spring Awakening and Little Women and draws on her varied experience to provide a broad education for her students.
